Sweepstakes Official Rules: No Purchase Needed

Version 2.0 — Effective October 27, 2026

These Sweepstakes Rules replace the Sweepstakes Rules Version 1.1 dated September 26, 2026, and apply from the effective date above. Earlier versions are listed in the Revision History at the end of these Rules.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. YOU HAVE NOT WON.

No purchase or payment required. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes, and making a purchase will not increase any Participant's chances of winning. Burger Coins are not available for purchase under any circumstances. All Participants, including those who make purchases, have an equal opportunity to win, and the free methods of collecting Burger Coins described in Section 3 are presented equally to all Participants at all times. It is each Participant's responsibility to confirm that participation complies with local, state and federal law.

sweepburger.com is an online platform which offers Participants the chance to play games for entertainment and enjoyment. We also give away sweepstakes entries referred to as "Burger Coins", as set out in these Sweepstakes Rules. Burger Coins can be used to play promotional games for a chance to win further Burger Coins, which can then be redeemed for real prizes. Burger Coins can never be purchased. They are available for free, as described in these Rules. PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY REAL MONEY PAYMENT OF ANY KIND.

These Sweepstakes Rules are one of the Platform Documents and form part of, and are incorporated by reference into, the SweepBurger Terms and Conditions. They are to be read together with the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Social Gameplay Policy. Words and phrases defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in these Rules. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, whether at registration or by participating, constitutes acceptance of these Rules and all of the other Platform Documents.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CLAUSE 20 OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDES A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRING YOU TO PURSUE PAST, PENDING, AND FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME.

Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes is conducted in consecutive promotional periods of one year each (each, a "Sweepstakes Period"). The current Sweepstakes Period begins on October 27, 2026 and ends on October 31, 2027. Each Sweepstakes Period is automatically followed by a further Sweepstakes Period of one year, on the same terms, unless Sponsor/Promoter ends or modifies the Sweepstakes under Section 9. The ways of collecting Burger Coins that apply in each Sweepstakes Period are those set out in Section 3.

Definitions

In these Rules:

• "Burger Coins" means the free sweepstakes entries described in these Rules. Burger Coins can never be purchased and can only be used to play Burger Coins games.

• "Standard Burger Coins", "Bonus Burger Coins", "Playthrough" and "Contribution" have the meanings given in Section 4A.

• "Burger Coins games" means the promotional sweepstakes games on the Platform played with Burger Coins. Burger Coins games are separate from Gold Coin Games. Gold Coins can never be used to play Burger Coins games, and Burger Coins are never awarded from Gold Coin Games.

• "Gold Coins" means the virtual social gameplay tokens described in the Terms and Conditions. Gold Coins have no monetary value and can never be redeemed for prizes.

• "Participant" means a person who participates in the Sweepstakes.

• "Sponsor/Promoter", "we", "us" and "our" mean Winfield LLC.

• "Platform Documents" means the Terms and Conditions, these Sweepstakes Rules, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Social Gameplay Policy.

1. Eligibility to Play

1.1. The sweepstakes promotion (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, but excluding outlying territories and the states of California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Washington) who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if later, at the time of entry. PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1.2. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides.

1.3. Participation constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and to Sponsor/Promoter's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

1.4. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Rules.

1.5. Employees of Winfield LLC, any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies or advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, whether the relationship is through birth, marriage or adoption) and household members (people who share the same residence at least 3 months of the year), are not eligible to participate.

1.6. THIS IS A SWEEPSTAKES PLATFORM. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR PLAY THE GAMES, AND THE PLATFORM DOES NOT OFFER REAL MONEY GAMBLING. The Sweepstakes is intended for recreational use by individuals. If Sponsor/Promoter determines, in its sole judgment, that a Participant is using unethical, non-recreational or systematic methods to gain an advantage or prizes, it may limit or revoke that Participant's eligibility or disqualify them.

1.7. Fraudulent Conduct or other prohibited activity under clause 10 of the Terms and Conditions, including underage participation, multiple accounts, identity misrepresentation and system manipulation, will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes and closure of the Participant's Customer Account under clause 17 of the Terms and Conditions.

1.8. If a Participant's Customer Account is closed, or the Participant is disqualified from the Sweepstakes, for a breach: all Burger Coins in the account are forfeited, regardless of how they were obtained; pending prize redemption requests are cancelled; unredeemed prizes are forfeited; the Participant may not take part in future sweepstakes promotions or receive promotional offers; and the breach may be reported to regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

2. Sponsor/Promoter

2.1. The Sponsor/Promoter of the Sweepstakes is Winfield LLC. Sponsor/Promoter's decisions as to the operation and administration of the Sweepstakes, receipt of entries, and the type and number of prizes are final and binding.

3. How to Collect Burger Coins

3.1. To participate, you must have an active Customer Account. If you do not have one, you can create one free of charge at sweepburger.com. To create a Customer Account with the ability to play with Burger Coins, you must supply your email address, create an account password, confirm you are over the age of majority, and agree to the Terms and Conditions, which incorporate these Rules. You will also need to verify your email address. You will later need to verify who you are by supplying details including (1) your full name; (2) your residential address; (3) your date of birth; and (4) your phone number. You may be subject to an extended player verification process. To enter the Sweepstakes, a Participant must access sweepburger.com and sign in to their Customer Account.

3.2. Once signed in, an eligible Participant may collect Burger Coins in any of the following ways. No purchase is necessary to collect Burger Coins by any method.

(a) Free bonus when purchasing Gold Coins

3.3. A Participant may receive Burger Coins as a free bonus on the purchase of specifically marked packs of Gold Coins. Gold Coins can be used for social gameplay on the Platform. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes and can only be used to win more Gold Coins, which can be used for additional play (but no prizes). All purchases of Gold Coins are final, and no refunds will be given except as stated in the Terms and Conditions. The number of Burger Coins a Participant will receive as a bonus with a Gold Coins purchase will be stated in the purchase window. The Burger Coins are strictly a free bonus, and you are not in any way purchasing Burger Coins from us. It is not possible to purchase Burger Coins: they can only be obtained as a free bonus with a Gold Coins package, and through the other methods below.

(b) Daily Bonus

3.4. Participants can receive Burger Coins on a daily basis by logging in to their Customer Account and clicking "Claim Bonus" (the "Daily Bonus"). A Participant can claim the Daily Bonus once per day. The daily clock resets at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

(c) Request by mail

3.5. Participants can receive Burger Coins by sending a standard unruled white postcard, or a piece of white unruled paper at least 4" x 6", unfolded and placed inside a stamped envelope addressed to:

3.6. The Participant must:

1. Write the words "Sweepstakes Entries" in the top left corner of the envelope, together with their return address and the website URL; and

2. Write all of the following on only one side of the card or paper inside the envelope (the "Request Card"):

   1. the Participant's full name, as shown on their government-issued identification;

   2. the email address associated with the Participant's Customer Account;

   3. the return/residential address registered to the Participant's Customer Account;

   4. a unique postal code obtained from sweepburger.com (to obtain the code, sign in to your Customer Account, click the "GENERATE CODE" link in the My Account section, and follow the prompts); and

   5. the following statement:

      "I am requesting Burger Coins from Winfield LLC to participate in promotional sweepstakes activities. In doing so, I have read and agree to adhere to and be bound by Winfield LLC's Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules."

3.7. For each Request Card a Participant submits in accordance with these requirements, the Participant will receive 2 (two) Standard Burger Coins, which will be added to the Participant's Customer Account. There is no limit on the number of Request Cards a Participant may submit, but there is a limit of one Request Card per outer envelope.

3.8. A Participant must ensure that their handwriting is legible. If it is not, the request will be void and the Burger Coins will not be credited. Legibility is determined by Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion.

3.9. Each unique postal code is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it was generated. A Request Card received by Sponsor/Promoter more than 30 days after its postal code was generated will not qualify for approval.

3.10. Requests made by any other individual or by any entity (including commercial sweepstakes subscription, notification or entering services), or posted from a state or territory different from the Participant's verified residential address, will be declared invalid and the Burger Coins will not be credited. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including using any device to automate the request process, is prohibited, and any request Sponsor/Promoter determines, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. If a dispute about the identity of the person who submitted a request, or about whether a request meets these requirements, cannot be resolved to Sponsor/Promoter's satisfaction, the request will be deemed ineligible.

General

3.11. The number of Burger Coins a Participant has will be displayed in their Customer Account on the Platform. Sponsor/Promoter may change the number of Burger Coins allocated through any method at any time in its sole discretion.

3.12. Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Burger Coins requests or allocations.

3.13. In the event of a dispute as to the registration of a Customer Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the Customer Account will be deemed to be the Participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

3.14. Use of any automated or other system(s) to participate, to acquire Burger Coins or to play the games is prohibited and will result in disqualification and loss of eligibility to participate.

3.15. Burger Coins may be forfeited if a Participant's Customer Account is deactivated for any reason, including as described in the Terms and Conditions, except that if the Sweepstakes is cancelled, the Platform closes, or the state in which a Participant resides becomes an excluded jurisdiction, the Participant will have sixty (60) days from the date Sponsor/Promoter notifies them to redeem any Burger Coins that are eligible for redemption under these Rules, subject to verification and to the extent permitted by law. Any Burger Coins not redeemed within that period are forfeited.

3.16. Each AMOE submission is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date the player last logged onto their account.

4. Using Burger Coins to Play Games

4.1. Participants with Burger Coins can use them to play Burger Coins games on the Platform for a chance to win additional Burger Coins. Burger Coins won through gameplay can be redeemed for real prizes, as set out in Section 6.

4.2. The number of Burger Coins required to play each game is shown next to the game. A Participant may be able to increase the number of Burger Coins used in a play, which increases the prize that play may award.

4.3. Only games played with Burger Coins provide the opportunity to redeem prizes. The prizes that can be won while playing a game can be viewed on the Platform by clicking the REDEEM button.

4.4. Each Burger Coin that has been won through gameplay (rather than collected using one of the methods in Section 3), and that has met the applicable Playthrough requirement, can be redeemed for a prize with a value of $1 USD.

4.5. Sponsor/Promoter's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, the games and the prizes awarded are final and binding.

4.6. Unless Sponsor/Promoter requires otherwise, any Burger Coins allocated to a Participant must be played at least one time before they are eligible to be redeemed for prizes. Sponsor/Promoter may, in its sole discretion, require that Burger Coins allocated to a Participant be played a greater number of times (not exceeding 20) in any combination of Burger Coins games before they are eligible to be redeemed for prizes, subject to Section 4A(c).

4.7. Sponsor/Promoter may change the odds of winning in any Burger Coins game at any time. A Participant can see the current details, including any changes, by clicking the Sweeps Rules button. It is a Participant's responsibility to check them each time before participating.

4A. Playthrough Requirements

Definitions

"Standard Burger Coins" means Burger Coins received as a free bonus with a Gold Coins purchase (other than Bonus Burger Coins), through the Daily Bonus, by request by mail, or through any other promotion not designated as a bonus.

"Bonus Burger Coins" means additional Burger Coins identified in the purchase window as a bonus on a specifically marked Gold Coins package (for example, "+50%"), or awarded under promotion terms that designate them as Bonus Burger Coins.

"Playthrough" means the amount of Burger Coins that must be played in Burger Coins games, as counted under the Contribution rules below, before Burger Coins become eligible for redemption.

"Contribution" means the percentage of each Burger Coin played that counts toward Playthrough.

Requirements

(a) Standard Burger Coins must be played through one (1) time.

(b) Bonus Burger Coins must be played through the number of times stated in the purchase window before purchase. Bonus Burger Coins, and any Burger Coins won through play with Bonus Burger Coins, are held in a separate bonus balance and become eligible for redemption only once that Playthrough is complete.

(c) The Playthrough requirement applicable to any Burger Coins is fixed at the time they are allocated and will not be increased afterwards.

(d) The limit of twenty (20) times in Section 4.6 is measured in Contribution-weighted play.

Request by Mail. Burger Coins received by request by mail are Standard Burger Coins and will never be subject to a Playthrough requirement more restrictive than that applied to Burger Coins received with a Gold Coins purchase.

Game Contribution. Each Burger Coins game has a Contribution set by Sponsor/Promoter at any percentage from 0% to 100%. A game's current Contribution is displayed in the information tooltip accessible from its game tile. Sponsor/Promoter may adjust the Contribution of any game from time to time. Any adjustment takes effect when displayed in the tooltip and applies only to play after that time. The Contribution displayed at the time of play applies.

Order of Play. Where a Participant holds both Standard Burger Coins and Bonus Burger Coins, Standard Burger Coins are played first.

Early Redemption. A request to redeem prizes while a Bonus Burger Coins Playthrough is incomplete will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Burger Coins and any Burger Coins won through play with them. Participants will be asked to confirm before the request is submitted.

Expiry. Bonus Burger Coins Playthrough must be completed within thirty (30) days of allocation, after which the remaining Bonus Burger Coins and any Burger Coins won through play with them will expire.

Prohibited Play. Placing opposite or offsetting plays (for example, covering opposing outcomes in the same game round), offsetting play across accounts, or coordinating play with other Participants to complete Playthrough is prohibited. Such play does not count toward Playthrough and may result in forfeiture of Bonus Burger Coins and any Burger Coins won through play with them, and disqualification under Section 9.

Records. Playthrough progress is displayed in the Participant's Customer Account. Sponsor/Promoter's server records are the official record of Playthrough status.

Effective Date. This Section 4A applies to Burger Coins allocated on or after September 26, 2026. Burger Coins allocated before that date remain subject to the Rules in effect at the time of allocation.

5. Verification and Confirmation of Potential Winners

5.1. POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR/PROMOTER (IN ANY MANNER IT MAY CHOOSE), AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR/PROMOTER ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ONLINE SCREEN INDICATES THEY ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED, THE PARTICIPANT HAS FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE RULES, AND THE PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR/PROMOTER WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN PLACE OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. THE OUTCOME OF EACH PLAY IS DETERMINED BY THE OFFICIAL GAME RECORD DESCRIBED IN CLAUSE 13 OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

5.2. Potential prize winners must comply with these Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

5.3. A potential winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor/Promoter an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim their prize.

5.4. A potential winner may also be required to complete extended verification, which may include supplying a copy of their government-issued identification and completing additional required verification.

5.5. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly sign and return the affidavit or declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), fails to comply with these Rules, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize.

5.6. If a potential winner of a Sweepstakes prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor/Promoter may, in its sole discretion, return the prize to the Sweepstakes.

5.7. Identity verification, including a biometric liveness check, is required before any prize redemption. The verification requirements, documents, re-verification rights and review of verification decisions are set out in clause 8 of the Terms and Conditions.

5.8. All winner determinations are made in accordance with these Rules and are final and binding. No prize outcome is predetermined, and outcomes are not manipulated, rigged, or varied by reference to time period, geography, or any individual Participant. Sponsor/Promoter will never represent that a Participant has won a prize unless that Participant has in fact won.

6. Prizes

Balances and minimum redemption

6.1. A Participant's Burger Coins balance is shown in the Participant's Customer Account.

6.2. Sponsor/Promoter will only process a prize redemption if the redeemed value of the prize is $50 USD or more (i.e., a minimum of 50 eligible Burger Coins). A Participant's Customer Account must therefore hold at least 50 redeemable, played-through Burger Coins before the Participant requests a prize redemption.

Cash prizes

6.3. Where a Participant chooses to redeem prizes for cash, the payment will be made in USD to the financial account or online wallet from which the Participant purchased Gold Coins (if the Participant made such a purchase) or, if this is not technically possible, to an alternative bank account the Participant nominates. Sponsor/Promoter may require the use of the same payment method for prize redemption as was used to purchase Gold Coins, or a specific payment method at Sponsor/Promoter's discretion.

6.4. Sponsor/Promoter will not make payments into an account or online wallet which does not match the Participant's verified name or the name provided when registering the Customer Account, or which is not legally and beneficially owned by the Participant.

6.5. Cash prizes:

1. Will be paid into a joint account or joint wallet, provided that one of the names on it matches the name provided when registering the Customer Account or the Participant's verified name, and all verification checks Sponsor/Promoter requires in relation to the Participant and the other account holder are completed to its satisfaction. If either joint account holder does not satisfy Sponsor/Promoter's verification requirements, as determined solely at its discretion, Sponsor/Promoter will not make payments into the nominated joint account.

2. Will NOT be paid into:

   1. a joint account or joint wallet where one of the joint owners is a minor;

   2. a custodial account; or

   3. any account held on trust for, or for the benefit of, a third party (including a minor).

6.6. If a Participant's financial institution will not accept payments from Sponsor/Promoter, or the Participant's bank account or online wallet does not meet the requirements in these Rules:

1. The Participant will be required to nominate an alternative bank account for the payment;

2. There will be delays in processing the payment; and

3. If the Participant does not nominate an alternative bank account that meets these requirements within 60 days of a request from Sponsor/Promoter to do so, Sponsor/Promoter is not obligated to make the payment and may, in its sole discretion, deem the prize void.

Gift card prizes

6.7. Where a Participant chooses to redeem prizes for gift cards, the gift cards will be sent to the email address registered to the Participant's Customer Account. It is the Participant's sole responsibility to ensure that the email address and all other details provided are accurate. If the details are inaccurate and Sponsor/Promoter has processed the redemption using them, the redemption of that prize is complete and Sponsor/Promoter is not required to reissue the gift cards.

Eligibility to redeem

6.8. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A BURGER COINS PRIZE OR A BURGER COINS PRIZE REDEMPTION, A PARTICIPANT MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES (INCLUDING THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, BUT EXCLUDING OUTLYING TERRITORIES AND THE STATES OF CALIFORNIA, CONNECTICUT, IDAHO, INDIANA, IOWA, LOUISIANA, MAINE, MICHIGAN, MISSISSIPPI, MONTANA, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, OKLAHOMA, TENNESSEE AND WASHINGTON), AND THE PARTICIPANT'S DETAILS MUST MATCH THOSE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.

Limits

6.9. In Florida, the maximum redemption value of a Burger Coins prize won on any one spin or play in the Sweepstakes is $5,000 USD. Any prize valued in excess of $5,000 USD will not be allocated or paid.

6.10. Sponsor/Promoter may, in its sole discretion, limit a Participant's redemption of Burger Coins to $10,000 USD per day, or any other amount over any period that it considers necessary to satisfy its regulatory obligations or the requirements of its partners and suppliers. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

Fees and taxes

6.11. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to charge fees for processing the redemption of prizes.

6.12. Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with a prize redemption. Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the receipt or redemption of a prize.

6.13. Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for any foreign exchange transaction fees, charges or related costs incurred in connection with a prize redemption, including any losses or additional costs arising from foreign exchange fluctuations.

Processing

6.14. Sponsor/Promoter will process prize redemption requests as soon as practicable, in the order in which they are received.

6.15. Payments may be delayed by Sponsor/Promoter's identity verification process, and certain Payment Mediums require additional verification at the time of redemption.

6.16. Burger Coins are not transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided in these Rules at Sponsor/Promoter's sole discretion. Sponsor/Promoter may substitute a listed prize with one of equal or greater value for any reason owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

6.17. Prize winners will be notified from Prize@sweepburger.com.

Payment Administration Agents

6.18. Sponsor/Promoter may, in its sole discretion, appoint one or more Payment Administration Agents to accept or make payments (including through merchant facilities) from or to Participants on its behalf. A Payment Administration Agent has the same rights, powers and privileges as Sponsor/Promoter and may exercise or enforce them as Sponsor/Promoter's agent or in its own name. Sponsor/Promoter will not be liable to any Participant for any loss, damage or liability resulting from a Payment Administration Agent's negligence or acts beyond the authority given by Sponsor/Promoter.

Large prizes

6.19. Prize redemptions exceeding $5,000 USD may take longer to process because of enhanced verification, security checks and banking procedures. Sponsor/Promoter may determine the method and timing of prize payments, including paying large prizes in installments over several days or weeks until the full amount has been paid.

No real property

6.20. No prize offered through the Sweepstakes consists of, or includes, an interest in real property.

Records

6.21. The allocation of Burger Coins and the outcome of each Burger Coins game are randomly determined. Sponsor/Promoter keeps records of the random distribution of sweepstakes entries, and the names and addresses of all winners of prizes valued at $100 USD or more, for at least one (1) year after the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period, and produces them to a state agency on request where required by law.

6A. Game Malfunctions and Prizes

6A.1. If a Game Malfunction occurs, affected plays are void and Burger Coins are restored or removed as set out in clause 13 of the Terms and Conditions. A void play does not count toward any Playthrough requirement under Section 4A.

6A.2. Sponsor/Promoter may hold any pending prize redemption that includes Burger Coins won in a potentially affected play until its investigation is complete.

6A.3. If a prize has already been redeemed from Burger Coins won in a void play, Sponsor/Promoter may recover the prize, or deduct its value from the Participant's Burger Coins balance, where the Participant knew or ought reasonably to have known of the Game Malfunction, or deliberately exploited it. In all other cases, Sponsor/Promoter will not seek to recover a prize that has already been paid.

6A.4. If a Participant's Burger Coins or winning play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the Participant's sole remedy is replacement by Sponsor/Promoter of an equivalent amount of Burger Coins.

7. Entry Conditions and Release

7.1. By participating, each Participant agrees to:

1. Comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, these Sweepstakes Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor/Promoter, which are binding and final;

2. Release and hold harmless Sponsor/Promoter and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses and liability, including negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or any other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury, arising out of or relating to the Participant's entry, the creation or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, use or misuse of prizes (including any travel or activity related to them), or the broadcast, exploitation or use of an entry; and

3. Indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor/Promoter from and against any and all claims, expenses and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the Participant's participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes, or the Participant's acceptance, use or misuse of prizes.

8. Publicity

8.1. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Participant's consent to Sponsor/Promoter's and its agents' use of the Participant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.

9. General Conditions

9.1. Sponsor/Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or these Rules, or any part of them, with immediate effect where fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor/Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion.

9.2. Sponsor/Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Rules or any other promotion, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9.3. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor/Promoter may seek damages from that person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor/Promoter's failure to enforce any term of these Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9.4. In all other cases, Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes. Any notice of cancellation, suspension or modification will be posted at sweepburger.com. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled, if the Platform closes, or if a Participant's state becomes an excluded jurisdiction, the sixty (60) day redemption period in Section 3.15 applies.

9.5. If the Sweepstakes is modified, a Participant's continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9.6. Sponsor/Promoter uses automated and manual monitoring to detect fraudulent activity, system abuse and technical anomalies. It may monitor all gameplay and prize awards for suspicious patterns, freeze payments and accounts pending investigation, conduct post-award audits and verification at any time, and take legal action against anyone who attempts to defraud the Sweepstakes.

9.7. Any prize obtained through fraudulent means, system manipulation or exploitation of a technical vulnerability will be reversed or voided, and may result in closure of the Participant's Customer Account and legal action.

9.8. Investigations and suspensions are conducted as set out in clause 17 of the Terms and Conditions.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for:

1. any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, a printing error, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes;

2. technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software, subject to clause 13 of the Terms and Conditions and Section 6A;

3. unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;

4. technical or human error which may occur in the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes; or

5. any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the Participant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any prize.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. All disputes relating to the Sweepstakes are subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in clause 20 of the Terms and Conditions, including the class action waiver and the right to opt out. These Rules do not contain a separate arbitration agreement, governing law provision or forum selection clause; those matters are governed exclusively by the Terms and Conditions.

11.2. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the promotion for all Participants, Sponsor/Promoter will respond to questions sent to Customer Support via this form.

11.3. Any Participant who posts comments on any of Sponsor/Promoter's social media pages (including Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and Truth Social) or elsewhere during the promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other Participants, players and fans of SweepBurger, or that are aimed at Sponsor/Promoter, will have those comments removed and may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor/Promoter may report such behavior to the relevant platform.
