Restricted Territories & Player Responsibilities

SweepBurger is not available in every location. Players are solely responsible for confirming that their participation is legal in their jurisdiction.

Excluded Territories

Excluded Territories include the states of California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Washington in the United States, as well as any outlying U.S. territories or possessions, and any other jurisdiction outside of the United States where the Platform is not offered.

Player Responsibilities

• Do not access the Platform from a restricted territory.
• Do not use a VPN, proxy, or other method to conceal your location.
• Provide accurate residence information during registration and keep it up to date.

The Platform may block access, close accounts, and void plays or prizes if a player is found to be located in, or attempting to access the Platform from, a restricted territory.
